The software is free.
Someone answering the phone is not.
Sextant is EUPL 1.2. You may run it forever without paying us anything. What organisations buy is what is not in the repository: a certified release, a supply chain we hold, hardware proven to work, and an engineer who knows your fleet.
Priced per workplace, per month.
Every tier runs the same software under the same licence. What changes is isolation, what we operate for you, and what evidence ships with it.

Custom hardware certification
For a laptop outside the standard matrix. Disk layout, imaging notes and firmware, tested until it images cleanly.
Support that matches how you run.
Two levels of cover. Standard keeps you moving through the working day. Platinum adds round-the-clock response with a dedicated on-call engineer, for fleets where a problem at two in the morning cannot wait until nine. Tell us how your organisation works and we will say which one fits.
Platinum is quoted against your fleet, since round-the-clock cover means an engineer on call for you specifically. Extended log retention is available as an add-on. Response is the time until an engineer is working on your issue, not until a ticket is acknowledged; exact terms, maintenance windows and escalation paths are set out in the contract.
The bundled licence is not the cost.
Intune arrives inside an E3 licence and looks free. The cost lands elsewhere: helpdesk hours, a hardware refresh you did not choose, and audit evidence assembled by hand every year. Ask us to run the comparison against your fleet.
Tell us about your fleet.
How many devices, what they run today, what an auditor last asked. We will say honestly whether Sextant fits.
